Working together with VeganCard to build and launch a unique website with full membership system allowing people to join, pay either monthly or annually and access a dashboard as well as certain parts of the website which are restricted to non-members.
The Brief
VeganCard needed a fully designed website developed to work perfectly for their members. This included a membership system that allowed people to sign up, pay a subscription and gain access to member exclusive discounts.
The Objectives
A seemless sign up process, a membership area, dashboard and area for discounts which are restricted to only be viewable by members. The system also needed to handle the payments, subscription editing by the members themselves and much more.
Our Approach
We look into the most successful membership websites and developed a plan that utilised the learnings from these. We looked to develop a system that reduced the admin in terms of user and member management down as much as possible for the business whilst also keeping members having a personal experience.
The results
The website exceeded the expectations of the client, we not only suggested and added features that they had not thought of, we were able to reduce the workload by around 90% on handling members.
